Taylor Gordon is an international dancer, creator, and educator based in NYC since 2005. She’s been the Resident Director for Dublin Worldwide Productions since 2019 and has staged and performed in their shows in Tokyo, Taiwan, Manila, and across North America and looks forward to her 9th season performing with them this Christmas. Taylor recently attended Dance Lab NY’s Broadway Choreography Intensive & has assisted several Broadway choreographers as a Show Supervisor for RWS Global.

Int/Adv Fusion Tap

Jill's Intermediate/Advanced Fusion Heels Tap classes will challenge your brain and body! We warm up and learn a technical drill each week that works our coordination in heels. We then  travel across the floor and refine our pullbacks and wings. Class culminates with a combo that is both technically and rhythmically challenging. Upper body movement is often incorporated and we always know every count to each sound we make! 

Beg/Int Fusion Tap

Danielle’s Fusion Tap class helps dancers feel strong and confident in heeled tap shoes while deepening their technical foundation. Each class begins with a high-energy, rhythm-driven warm-up, followed by drills that sharpen clarity, balance, and control, with a focus on essentials like wings, pullbacks, and rolling shuffles. Across-the-floor exercises emphasize weight shift technique unique to heels, and class wraps with a dynamic combination that brings everything together.

Along with a focus on growth, Danielle makes it her goal to ensure every dancer smiles and enjoys the process. With her positive and supportive teaching style, dancers leave class feeling energized, accomplished, and motivated to keep growing!

Danielle Jackman is a New York City-based tap dancer, instructor, and musical theatre performer. She has appeared in numerous musical productions across the country. Recent performance credits include Anything Goes at The Muny (choreographed by Jared Grimes), 42nd Street at Goodspeed Opera House (choreographed by Randy Skinner), A Christmas Carol at Tuacahn Performing Arts Center (choreographed by Mara Newbery Greer), Guys & Dolls at Sharon Playhouse (choreographed by Justin Boccitto), and more. Danielle has also performed internationally as a dancer with Princess Cruises. Her choreography was featured in Mary Poppins at Penobscot Theatre Company, and the Princess Cruises annual production, Holiday Wishes on The Grand Princess in 2023. She has also taught tap classes at Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, Ballet Arts, The Studio at Hoboken, and Latin Groove Dance Academy.

Danielle was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, where she began her training at DeKalb School of the Arts. She continued her studies in Musical Theatre and Dance at Columbia College Chicago. Since moving to NYC, she has grown as both a professional performer and teacher. One of Danielle’s greatest joys is sharing her knowledge and passion with students, fostering a healthy, fun, and productive learning environment.

Vocal Coach

Ed Goldschneider is a New York City–based Music Director, Pianist, Composer, Arranger, and Vocal Coach. He was the Conductor for the original Broadway run of Urinetown and served as Substitute Conductor for You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown and Avenue Q. His Broadway credits also include Company, Ain’t Too Proud, In Transit, Sunset Boulevard, On the Town, Legally Blonde, Grey Gardens, Chita Rivera – The Dancer’s Life, and Wicked. For 18 seasons, Ed worked on the Radio City Christmas Spectacular as a rehearsal/orchestra pianist and conductor.

Off-Broadway, Ed was the Music Director for the record-breaking 11-year run of NEWSical the Musical, along with productions such as The Streets of New York, When Pigs Fly, Finian’s Rainbow, Bonnie and Clyde, The Fantasticks, Altar Boys, The Boys from Syracuse, and Dames at Sea. He has also toured nationally with Rent, West Side Story, and It’s a Grand Night for Singing, and conducted regional symphony orchestras while on tour with Cirque Musica Wonderland.

A graduate of Oberlin Conservatory, Ed has also completed Levels I, II, and III of The Lovetri Institute for Somatic Voicework™.

Heather’s love of dance began at the age of three in Pittsburgh, PA where she studied all styles. When she was very young she began traveling the country attending master classes, conventions, intensives, and competitions as well as assisting teachers for Dance Masters of America and Dance Educators of America. She was teaching her own class by the time she was a teenager. She spent many years in New York studying under numerous teachers from both Broadway Dance Center and Steps. Her professional credits include a national tour of "The Will Rogers Follies"; "West Side Story" at the La Scala Opera House in Milan, Italy; "Beauty and the Beast" at Walt Disney World; the Diamond Horseshoe Revue and "Hoop Dee Doo" in Tokyo Disneyland; the Radio City Carnivale Spectacular; and eight years as a Radio City Rockette.

Heather has been teaching in the Tampa Bay Area since 2001. Her choreography has earned numerous awards and overall high scores. Her students can be seen at Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Line, collegiate dance teams, The Rockette Intensive, and the Orlando Ballet.

Ashley Blair Fitzgerald, originally from Ellicott City MD, was most recently seen playing The Dark Lady in the original broadway cast of The Cher Show, which she won the 2019 Chita Rivera Award for Best Dancer in a Broadway Show. She understudied Misty Copeland in the Broadway hit revival of On The Town,dance alongside Vanessa Hudgens in Gigi and was part of the original cast in the Off Broadway cult hit Trip of Love. 1st National tours include her Helen Hayes nominated role of Kate in Twyla Tharp’s Come Fly Away, Dirty Dancing, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and Fosse. Ashley has performed in respected theaters across the country including The Kennedy Center, Ahmanson Theatre, Houston’s Theatre Under the Stars, Maine State Music Theatre, Arena Stage and Shakespeare Theatre Company. 
Ashley was featured in the “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” dance sequence in the hit film Isn’t it Romantic, the pilot for SMASH on NBC and appeared in movie theaters across the country in Company starring Neil Patrick Harris. She has appeared on the Tony awards 4 times, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Last Week Tonight starring John Oliver and Good Morning America.

Workshop Assistant

Autumn grew up in Orlando, FL where she performed with Orlando Ballet's The Nutcracker on tour at the young age of 12 and danced at Walt Disney World. She then performed with the Radio City Rockettes for 7 years, negotiated contracts as their unionepresentative, and was one of the main Rockettes chosen to give interviews for radio, newspapers, and television.

Autumn has also danced for Tokyo Disneyland in Japan, Holland America Cruise Lines, Perichoresis Dance Company, Broadway Cares in NYC, the Olympic Game Opening Ceremony, and internationally in Africa and Romania. Her other appearances include musical group Outkast, The Today Show, CNN, Waterboy, Rosewood, The Division, America's Health Network, Dance Studio Life, Dance Teacher and First Women Magazines.

Along with her dance career, Autumn graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Telecommunications and a Minor in Theatre. She then continued her education in NYC at The Kane School for Pilates, The School for Film and Television, and is certified through Youth Protection Advocates of Dance. She is also a commercial voice over artist.

Autumn has experience teaching ages 4 through adult and has taught at The Joffery School of Ballet, The Orlando Ballet, The Rockette Dance Intensive, Project Dance NYC, Dance Masters of America, Fox Theatre’s Rising Stars, The Atlanta Ballet, New York Backstage, Boulder Jazz Workshop, and at the Texas Dance Educators Association. Some of her students’ credits include Broadway: Anastasia, Tootsie, and Prom the Musical,Broadway Tour: Mamma Mia, Jagged Little Pill, and Book of Mormon, The Tony Awards, Complexions Ballet, Industry Dance Awards, Alvin Ailey’s Pre-Professional Program, YoungArts National Finalist, Joffrey & Juilliard Summer Intensives, Orlando Ballet, Eugene Ballet, Ballet Memphis, So You Think You Can Dance, The Juilliard School, USC, AMDA, and Point Park University.

Autumn has also enjoyed being a convention teacher with Celebration Talent and Beyond the Stars, a high school dance team coach, an adjunct professor at Brenau University, and the producer of Project Dance Atlanta for 4 years. She currently is a guest teacher, choreographer, and competition judge around the country. Autumn considers herself a big NASA/space enthusiast, is a competitive horse vaulter, and resides in Las Vegas.

Workshop Assistant

Directing/Choreography credits include RWS Entertainment; Holland America Line; Azamara; Missoula Children’s Theatre (Mexico); Bigfork Summer Playhouse; Alpine Theatre Project; Project Dance NYC; and CAP21 (NYC). Becky served as Dance Demonstrator for Broadway’s Matilda auditions and traveled as Dance Department Press Representative. Certified in Latin & Ballroom by Melanie LaPatin (DWTS, SYTYCD), she worked internationally as a ballroom consultant & adjudicator. Former Radio City Rockette. Broadway: Follies. Off-Broadway: Anything Goes. Additional credits include Chicago, All Shook Up, Cats, Saturday Night Live, and Ted 2. Becky lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters, their finest productions yet!

Workshop Assistant

Ellen Mihalick is excited to be at the SPW 2026!  From NJ with a classical ballet background, Ellen began working professionally when she became a Radio City Rockette in 2013.  She has performed in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, on The Today Show, at the Rockefeller Center tree lighting, at Madison Square Garden, and more.  Natl Tours - "An American In Paris" and "South Pacific”.  Other favorite credits include: ‘NY NY' lab with Susan Stroman, John Kander, & Lin Manuel Miranda, Hallmark's A Holiday Spectacular, Graziella/DC in "West Side Story", HBO and Amazon TV shows, NY Fashion Week, and international touring with various contemporary ballet companies.  Ellen directs the American Dance Training Camp summer programs.  She is a certified Barre & Group Fitness Instructor and NASM Personal Trainer. She teaches and choreographs around the country and loves inspiring the next generation.

Workshop Assistant

Caitlin Potosnak Boe grew up dancing in northern New Jersey. She went on to receive a BFA in dance with a minor in Exercise Science from Radford University. Caitlin then worked with the West Virginia Dance Company and toured the southeast performing for many public schools, theaters, and universities. Caitlin moved to NYC where she had the privilege to work with Ariel Rivka dance company, Dance Cat-alyst, NKD a movement company, and many other individual artists. Caitlin has worked with Rhonda Malkin for many years and has assisted in choreographing, and teaching workshops. Before becoming a Rockette she performed in Dublin Worldwide Productions, Christmas Wonderland. Now, Caitlin is a current Radio City Rockette and has been for 5 seasons. She is also a pilates instructor and received her MA in Mental Health Counseling working towards her license in mental health counseling.

Fusion Pro

Kaitlin O’Neill,originally from Groton, South Dakota, is now a New York City–based dancer, choreographer, and fitness instructor who earned her Dance and Marketing degrees from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Most recently, she performed in Winter in the Air with Dublin Worldwide Productions and was part of the original cast of The Sunkicks Holiday Spectacular at the Suncoast Broadway Dinner Theater. Kaitlin has served as Assistant Choreographer, helping create a field routine for the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders and last season advanced to the semifinal round of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders auditions.

Other performance credits include Mamma Mia, Newsies, The Happy Elf, was crowned Miss South Dakota in 2021, representing her state at the 100th Anniversary Miss America Competition and earned the Top Talent Award at her state competition. 

In addition to her performance career, she teaches with DanceBody in NYC and continues to judge, choreograph, and teach for studios and competitions nationwide.
