Fusion Exercise is a combination of dance, Pilates, yoga, and massage, all rolled into an incredibly energizing one-hour personal workout that is tailored specifically to your fitness goals. Some clients prefer more yoga and stretch to balance out their cross training while competing in marathons and triathlons. Other clients want to focus on "spot toning" and strengthening, which isolates one muscle group where they want to see better results. Cardiovascular work can also be incorporated if requested.
I go to my client's home or gym, so no travel is required! All you need is a little space, a yoga mat, and water. Fusion Exercise is great for everyone!
